Job Description:

We have fantastic opportunities to join our Jet2holidays Team as a Resort Customer Helper (Overseas/Holiday Representative) based in Sarigerme for Summer 2021.

Job Responsibilities:

• All our customers have different requirements to make their holiday special and using your fantastic local knowledge of the resort, you will have the confidence to recommend local experiences, attractions and excursions to match our customers needs to ensure they have a lovely holiday.
• Reporting into our in Resort Management Team, you will deliver an exceptionally friendly and trustworthy service to our customers’ from the moment they arrive in resort.
• Visiting our customers at their hotels and being present to support them at any time during their stay is essential in this role.

Job Requirements:

Qualification & Experience:

• You will also already be a driver with a licence to drive a manual gear car in Turkey.
• You’ll ideally have a basic understanding of the local language as well as being fluent in English.
