Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items. Ensures the restaurant is welcoming and clean. Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. Shows compassion, care and concern towards other team members and guest. Creates a great experience by serving the guest well. Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome. Job Requirements: Qualification & Experience: Able to work in a fast paced environment. Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Popeyes standards. Must have a friendly and courteous demeanor. Is a team player. Consistently talk to and listen to fellow team members and guests. Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. Commitment to providing excellent guest service skills. Minimum Age: 16 years old. Able to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
