Job Description The Consultant Physician is responsible for leading and supervising the delivery of high quality evidence-based care; effectively and efficiently diagnosing,managing and treating all patients placed under the post holder’s care. The Consultant Physician is expected to be an example of clinical excellence within his or her specialty and to provide leadership and training for junior medical staff. Job Requirements Valid board certification status. Valid license of not less than 2 years duration from the most recent country of practice. Good standing certification attesting not less than two years of the most recent practice (An additional online licensing status may be conducted by the Authorities). Proof of active clinical privilege granted during the last two years of practice. Proof of the clinical privilege that will be granted from the sponsoring facility that are licensed by either of Ministry of Health, Department of Health -Abu Dhabi or Dubai Health Authority. 2 years experience post qualification.
