Job Description Manages and overseas the maintenance of the Terminal and Ancillary Building’s MEP systems. Manages the contractors of the outsourced systems and monitor their performance in the above areas of the airport. Manages Facility Management (FM) Engineers by providing quality leadership and guidance to achieve maximum airport user customer service at minimal cost. The Role Holder is required to develop and constantly improve the strategic approach of the Department and the systems of work within the Facilities Management Department at ADAC Airports so that assets are effectively managed to ensure ongoing airport operations are safe and experience minimal interruption. Develop 5 year maintenance strategy for buildings and terminal assets. Ensure OPEX and COPEX expenditure are in accordance with department budget. Provide reports to management on the activities of the department including monthly reports. Implement ADAC safety policy within the department including the preparation of Risk Registers, Safe Work Method Statements, incident reporting and investigation. Involve in testing and commissioning of new installations, modification and rectification of MEP systems Oversee and manage the interaction of the activities of the department so that the department is operating at optimum efficiency to ensure that the most effective support is provided to ADAC users.
