Job Description: Assist oversight of maintenance for CSX Transportation facilities throughout the assigned territory while ensuring timely and safe completion of assigned projects within delegated budget. Supervise contract employees, and outside contractors for safety, quality, and cost effectiveness. Provide field technical assistance as required. Implement cost reduction plans in all aspects of manpower, materials, tools, equipment, utilities, and vehicles. Supports use of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) to manage Service Requests and Work orders within the assigned territory. Job Responsibilities: Senior administrator of Maximo system for Enterprise asset Management, Procard reallocations, AP-1s, invoices for all facility expenditures. Ensure compliance with all railroad rules and regulations for safety, operations, and the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA, OSHA) Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned by manager Responsible for the maintenance and safe operation of all facilities vehicles and equipment. Assist in the design of repairs to all assets within area of responsibility Supervise and manage the inspection, installation, and maintenance over $500M in Electrical assets including but not limited to: high and low voltage infrastructure Supervise and manage the inspection, installation, and maintenance over $500M in Building assets including but not limited to: interior lighting, doors/hardware, interior finishes, exterior finishes, roofing systems, windows/frames, exterior lighting, interior stairs/railings, electrical service, HVAC systems, and plumbing systems. Assist in the preparation and execution of both Capital and Operating Budgets and work with REFM management team to reduce overall operating expenses. Interface with multiple departments regarding compliance, emergency plans, construction plans, maintenance, Division safety meetings, etc. Interpret and follow regulatory codes, manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints and other specifications. Job Requirements: Knowledge of applicable FRA and OSHA rules Ability to work independently without supervision. Strong electrical and mechanical skills. Ability to manage multi-projects proficiently. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel including pivot tables, Access and Power Point. Knowledge of all applicable Building, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical Codes. People leadership skills and strong knowledge of Labor Agreements. Knowledge of ADA rules and codes. Effective communication skills verbal and written. Knowledge of Road Way Worker Rules.
