Job Description: The purpose of this position is to provide safe and effective maintenance cleaning and landscaping services for Serco Dubai Metro. Structure and reporting relationship This position directly reports to the Civil Team Leader (MCG) This position does not manage a team. Job Responsibilities: Maintain accurate maintenance records of cleaning the building, structure, cleaning equipment and other information using a computerised maintenance management system Carry out cleaning on the building and structure exterior of Dubai Metro such as stations, ancillary buildings and depots as assigned and undertake the cleaning of special areas and at heights where required Ensure the maintenance tools and equipment’s are in good condition Respond to incidents on the building and structure that require specific cleaning expertise in a timely and efficient manner Carry out Level 1 & 2 maintenance activities on the cleaning equipment such as the mobile boom, abseiling and high pressure cleaning machine Follow applicable procedures and work instructions to ensure compliance with the requirements Qualification & Experience: Vocational trade certificate or diploma in civil, electrical or mechanical engineering discipline or equivalent Able to write simple technical reports, prepare method statements and drawings as required Understand and with experience in adhering to structured work instructions Experience in operations and maintenance of mobile boom, abseiling and high pressure cleaning machine is desirable Job Details: Company: Dubai Metro Vacancy Type: Full-Time Job Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here 247jobseeker.com
